Jack Hewins, 68, of Richboro, Pa, died on Feb 25 2017, at this home after a long struggle with cancer. Born in Philadelphia, Jack was a long time Richboro resident.
Jack is a graduate of Peiffer Univ. and a hardware salesman retiring because of ill health. He enjoyed travelling and spending time with his family.
Jack is the son of the late Robert and Dorothy Longshore and the father of the late Rebecca Hewins and brother of the late Don and Bruce Hewins. He is the loving husband of 46 years to Mary Middleton Hewins and the devoted father of Lindsay and her husband Bill Meier and Peter Hewins and his grandson Owen Meier. He is survived by his sister in law Marya Hewins and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friend are invited to call on Thursday,March 2 from 10 to 11 AM and to his memorial service at 11 AM at St.John's United Methodist Church, 820 Almshouse Rd, Ivyland, PA. Interment will be private.
