WILLIAM (BILLY) SNOW
William "Billy" Snow (Ebenezer, William, Isaac, John, Nicholas,)
was born about 1784 in Surry or Randolph County, North Carolina, and was the oldest son of Ebenezer Snow and wife Sally Wicker. He died May 21, 1868, on Dry Creek, DeKalb County,Tennessee; his death date was recorded in the Bible of his son, James Snow. Billy grew up in Randolph County, North Carolina, and moved with his parents in 1806 to Dry Creek in what was then Warren County,Tennessee. He married Mahala Braswell, who was born about 1788 in North Carolina and died March 10, 1865 on Dry Creek in Dekalb County,Tennessee. probably the married in Tennessee, but may have married in North Carolina.

Thomas Gray Webb is the son of Thomas B. Webb, who is the son of Sarah Catherine Snow Webb, she is the daughter of James Madison Snow (Georgia Ann Moser), who is the son of Jimmy Snow, who is the son of William "Billy" Snow. 'William is the great-great-great grandfather of Thomas Gray Webb.

Dates of death of William Snow and wife Mahala Braswell Snow, are recorded in the Bible of their son, James Snow. William married Mahala Braswell, born abt. 1788 and died March 10, 1865, on Dry Creek,DeKalb County,Tennessee. They had 6 known children. (

Mahula Braswell Snow is my 4th Great-grandmother.

(THIS is the linage line from Stephen Hopkins, that can over on the Mayflower in 1620 and brought his daughter Constance with him she was 14 at the time and Nicholas Snow came to Plymouth on July 10, 1623 on the ship Ann, By 1627 he married Constance Hopkins .
