MRS. IDA MAY BLYSTONE
Deep sorrow has been occasioned by the death of Mrs. Ida May Blystone, widow of Harry Blystone, whose death occurred at the family home in New Virginia, at 10:45 p.m. yesterday. Mrs. Blystone had been ill for nine weeks with complications.
Mrs. Blystone was born, May 5, 1867, the daughter of Joseph and Harriett Adams Reeher, at Mercer and had resided in New Virginia for the past 24 years. She was a devoted member of Methodist Church in New Virginia. She was of a genial disposition and was highly regarded by everyone who knew her.
Mrs. Blystone was preceded in death by her husband Harry, who died 16 months ago. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Harriett Reeher of New Virginia, four daughters, Mrs. Edythe Kriescher of New Virginia, Mrs. Alice M. Currie of Grove City, Mrs. Marie Miller and Mrs. Thelma Schwartz of New Virginia, and one son, Arthur S. Blystone, at home. Fourteen grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held from the New Virginia Methodist Church at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sharon, Pa.
