Ricky Robertson, 54, of Fort Worth formerly of Big Spring, died Monday, March 6, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel in Big Spring with Rev. Walter McCall officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.
Ricky was born January 16, 1963 in Big Spring and married Valerie Jones.
Ricky graduated from Big Spring High School and attended Texas Tech University.
He served on the Big Spring ISD School Board and the Texas State Board of Licensing and Regulations in Austin representing West Texas.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Valerie Robertson; two daughters, Syndie Smith and husband, Jake of Fort Worth and Scarlett Robertson, of Austin; two grandchildren, Blair and Jett; his parents, Dwanna and Don Robertson Sr., of Big Spring; two brothers, Donald Robertson, Jr. and wife, Judy of Midland and George Robertson and wife, Kathy of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
