Services for Mrs. Jessie A. Lockard, 62, who died Wednesday in Maryvale Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Colonial Chapel of Mortensen-Kingsley mortuary, 1020 W. Washington.
Bishop Raymond Kellis will officiate. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 until 9 p.m. Sunday.
Mrs. Lockard, born in Winfield, Kan., moved to Phoenix in 1956 from Neodesha, Kan. She was a bookkeeper for Lockard Insurance Agency in Buckeye.
She is survived by a son, Wallace, Phoenix; a brother, James W. Allburn, Neodesha; two sisters, Mrs. Ethyl Brown, Corona, Calif and Mrs. Emma Stark, Wichita, Kan.; and four grand-children.
