William Hoppas, aged 84, 1936 Fairfield Avenue, died Sunday night at a local hospital of senility. He had been employed by the city street department for five years until becoming blind in recent years. He was a member of the U B Church at Findlay, Oh.
Surviving are the wife, Mrs Mary Jane Hoppas, to whom the deceased would have been married 62 years on Thanksgiving day; two sons, Dora and Ferm, both of this city; four daughters, Mrs Harry Richard, of Bellevue, O; Mrs Fred Dillman, of Arlington, O, and Mrs R E Adams and Mrs A H Krohne, both of this city; a sister, Mrs Yates of Bangor, Mich; 23 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
