She was born in the city of Singen, in Germany, a daughter of Bernie Floyd Bailey, deceased, and Rita Anna Bailey. She became a citizen of the United States in October 2003. She was a nurse at Mariner Healthcare of Sumter for many years. She was later employed by the Federal Government as a nurse and worked at the 20th Medical Group of Shaw Air Force Base and at Moncrief Army Hospital of Fort Jackson. She was a wonderful nurse, and she loved her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
