Mrs. Adams moved to Deming, New Mexio, to live in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Joseph B. & Lamina Walker Adams Brown. Her sister, Ruth, passed away in that city. Shortly after that, the Browns moved to El Paso, Texas and Fannie accompanied them. She passed away, at the Brown home, from the effects of pneumonia, with a duration of three days, complicated by a history of myocarditis.
