DARLINGTON - Graveside services for Vermelle Outlaw Gault, 75, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Grove Hill Cemetery directed by Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 6-8 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gault, wife of Roy D. Gault, died Monday in a Florence hospital after an illness. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late Hebron and Inex Hawkins Outlaw. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband; daughters, Judy Cowick of Darlington, Brenda Gayle Anderson, Sherrill Dannette Phillips, both of Columbia; sisters, Ruby Barfield, Dorothy Byrd, both of Hartsville; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
