VERNON - Robert W. Bachman, 88, of Vernon died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, in Vernon.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Wilbarger St. Church of Christ with Jay Hanley officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mr. Bachman was a farmer, and served in the Army.
Survivors include a son, Gene Bachman of Baton Rouge, La.; a daughter, Janice Manlove of Vernon; two brothers, Larry Bachman of Vernon, Otto Bachman Jr., of Thalia, Texas; three sisters, Nettie Heard of Vernon, Ella Nixon of Portalis, N.M., Mary Ellen Chalfant of Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Christian Relief Fund.
