She graduated from Frontier High School in 1976 and had been a manager of the Par Mar Store # 4 in New Matamoras. She ran multiple youth programs and was a softball coach. She and her husband loved to go to ball games and watch their grandsons play ball.
On August 23, 1975 she married Robert A. Kroll and he preceded her in death on May 6, 2004.
She then married Dale Taylor on August 20, 2011 and he survives.
Also surviving are two sons Robert A. Kroll III (Sara) of Bloomfield and Tyler Kroll of Marietta, a daughter Andrea McLeish (Chad) of Bloomfield; grandchildren Caleb McLeish, Braden McLeish, Collin Kroll and Billy Kroll. Four sisters Sylvia King, Susan Briggs (Fred), Patricia King, and Mary Romick (Matt); one brother Robert E. King Jr. (Kathy); her mother-in-laws Birdie Kroll and Gladys Taylor, several nieces, nephews aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Pamela Jo King.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 22, 2017 at the Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta at 11:00 A.M. with Danny Hayes officiating. Burial will be in the Muskingum Valley Cemetery at New Matamoras.
