Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and dear friend Lisa LaRue, 46, of Kingwood, WV, went Home to be with the Lord March 18, 2017, due to prolonged illness.

Lisa was born May 16, 1970, in Kingwood, a daughter of the late Richard Allen and Wilma Jean (Doman) LaRue Sr.

She attended Corner Stone Church and the Glory Bound Tabernacle. She spent her life caring for others as a Registered Nurse in assisted living centers, rehabilitation centers, and in emergency departments. She helped bring lives into this world as a Labor and Delivery nurse, including some of her great nieces and nephews. She will never be forgotten and her impact on this world will last forever. She enjoyed time with her patients and being with her family and friends. Please help us to honor her memory by loving those dearest to you.

She is survived by her best friend and companion Rebecca E. Tasker and son Asa Tasker-Bennett; three brothers and spouses, Richard and Wilma Jean LaRue of Arthurdale, Jerry Lee and Alisa Dawn LaRue of Arthurdale, Robert Paul LaRue of Kingwood; one sister and spouse, Cindy and Lynn Pifer of Tunnelton; eight nieces, nephews and spouses, Justin Paul and Jaime LaRue, Madonna Minor, Nathan Plum, Chelle and Justin Moran, Britney and Jason Titus, Brian and Brittany LaRue, Richie LaRue, Gregory and Wesley Pifer; 11 great-nieces and nephews who brought her great joy and laughter.

Friends may call at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street on Thursday, March 23, 2017, from 2-8pm; on Friday, March 24, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Pastors Chris Baker and Norma Stimmel officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Kingwood.

The family requests that memorial donations be made payable to Rotruck-Lobb Funeral Home, c/o Jerry LaRue at 264 S Road, P.O. Box 319, Arthurdale, WV 26520.
