Robbie Lee Gilbert Shipman, 63, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Saturday March 18, 2017. A lifelong resident of the Catoosa area, she was a former employee of The Catoosa County School System where she drove a bus for 18 years and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Helton and Kathleen Rosebud Dean Gilbert; sister, Agnes Bartlett and brother, Dennis Gilbert. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Brandi Shipman of Ringgold, GA.; sister, Linda Painter of Ringgold, GA.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday March 22, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Nicholas Bivens officiating. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 P.M. and Wednesday until funeral time at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel Ringgold, Georgia.
