Agnes Squires Hatch, 89, passed away Saturday December 13, 2014 in Palatka, FL. She was born January 8, 1926 in Lake City, Florida to A.E. Clements and Millie (O'Toole) Clements. Agnes was an accomplished seamstress, homemaker, and worked as a secretary for several companies. She was a member of a large family of nine children. Agnes was first married to Herbert Squires in 1942. In 1975 she married Fred Hatch in Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her first husband Herbert, her second husband Fred, daughters Martha Jean Squires and Sandra Lee Squires, and one granddaughter Christi Ruckles. Fred and Agnes were members of Murray Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter Patricia Swilley (John); two stepdaughters Sherry Schutte and Joan Carmody (Tom); seven grandchildren Polly Swilley, John Swilley Jr., Stacy Ettel, Tracy Ettel Morris, Mary Carmody Tomlin, and Kara Carmody; and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday December 17, 2014 at Masters Funeral Home, 3015 Crill Avenue, Palatka, FL 32177. Interment will follow the services at Oak Hill East Cemetery in Palatka, FL
