David H. Wayne, age 61 of Boscobel, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at his home, surrendering to his battle of esophageal cancer. He graduated from Boscobel High School in 1973. He married Sandra Featherston on June 11, 1988 and later divorced but remained life long friends. He started working at Advance Transformer in Boscobel in 1973 and worked there for 35 years. He enjoyed the Green Bay Packers, hunting, fishing and shooting pool, winning many fishing and pool tournaments. He also enjoyed taking his boat out on the river and most of all spending time with his grand children. He took great pride in his asparagus bed.
David is survived by his mother, Rosemary Wayne of Boscobel; daughters, Lynea (Daemon) Dempsey of Boscobel, Sasha (Aaron) Tellock of Wild Rose; 5 grandchildren, Trinity, Dacian, Adrian, Trey, Cyrus; a sister Marcia (Ronald) Egge of Chetek and a nephew, Robert Egge of Chetek. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Wayne, a brother, John Wayne and his 2 beagles, Bonnie and Clyde. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
