Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 8 in Great Falls with Rev. Carl Krusi officiating. Burial was in Sunset Hills Cemetery in Fairfield. She was raised in Miles City and moved to Fairfield in 1937 and to Greta Falls in 1956. She volunteered at Montana Deaconess Medical Center and was active in the Senior Citizens Center.
Survivors include a son, Charles of Los Gatos, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. LeRoy (Eileen) Nelson of Power and Mrs. Cameron (Gloria) Mielke of Lincoln; a brother, Jerry Phukar of Miles City; three sisters, Grace Hahm of Billings; Emma Wagner of Spokane and Mary Pestka of Walla Walla, Wash.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.—Information from obituary in The Choteau Acantha, Dec. 9, 1982, Pg. 5
