Died suddenly (Tuesday night, 08 Jan) at the residence of his brother-in-law, Maj. J.F. (John Fletcher) Harris. He was predeceased by brothers George H. and John A. Yancey; survived by sisters Mrs. Hunter, of Texas; Mrs. Theophilus Hill, of Raleigh, and Mrs. J.F. Harris, of Henderson.
