Crystal Agnes Allan - 63 of Greenwood, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Flora (Morse) Spinney. She was formerly employed as a bank teller and also as a medical secretary and legal secretary. Crystal was an avid reader, enjoyed writing, painting landscapes, belly dancing, darts and golf. She is survived by her husband, Philip; sisters, Sandra (Jim) Thain, Miscouche, PEI; Delma (Jeff) Newman, Abbotsford, BC and Mona (John) Ryer, Nictaux; stepdaughters, Tracey Allan, Ottawa, ON; Catharine (Darren) Lampman, Dartmouth and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. At Crystal's request there will be no visitation. A private family gathering will be held at the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448. Interment will take place in the Nictaux Cemetery. A special thank you to Dr. Burgess, Katrina and the entire health care team that cared for Kris and special thanks to her neighbours, Ken & Ingrid and Ian Harris.
