David D. Launder 80, of Bowling Green Ohio, passed away Wednesday July 1,2015. He was born on June 24, 1935 in Fostoria, Ohio to Albun and Kate (Gorrel) Launder. He married June Engle on July 16, 1960.
Dave was an active member of the Eagles in #2180 in Bowling Green where he served as trustee for many years and a member of the V.F.W. Post 1148 in Bowling Green. He was a coach for Bowling Green Pee Wee for 44 years and served as Vice President of the league at Carter Park. Dave was inducted in the Bowling Green Pee Wee League Hall of Fame in 1997.
He served his country in the United States Army and National Guard. Dave enjoyed spending time with his family, embraced his role as a father and grandfather loved attending the National Tractor Pulls in Bowling Green every year and had a passion for coaching baseball.
