CHRYSTAL D. MCCASLIN CROSS SCOTT attended college and was a bookkeeper - accountant. Her first husband was Rolland Walling Cross. He and Chrystal were married on December 31, 1927 in Lucus, Ohio. They lived in Flint, Michigan and were married for almost 20 years and then divorced in 1946. Chrystal then remarried Arthur W. Scott on March 8, 1949 in Indiana. They both later removed to Georgia. Arthur had a son by a previous marriage.
After her father Henry's wife Kate E. died he moved down to Georgia to live with his daughter Chrystal, where he died in 1955.
Chrystal had no children of her own and died of a massive stroke at the age of 70, outliving 2nd husband Arthur by about 19 years.
