Mr. Jimmy Lee "Jim" Beasley, age 78 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center Princeton in Birmingham.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clovis Beasley and Bessie Hyde Beasley, a son, Jimmy Lee Beasley Jr., 2 brothers, Junior Beasley and Kenneth Beasley, and 3 sisters, Mary Smith, Patricia Dooley, and Lucy Beasley.
Jim is survived by his wife, Gwinnette Beasley of Carbon Hill, a daughter, Lisa Cortez (Romeo) of Kokomo, IN, 4 sons, Roger Beasley (Valerie) of Kokomo, IN, Anton Anderssen (Marco) of Detroit, MI, Jeremy Brasseal of Atlanta, and Jamie Brasseal of Navoo, grandchildren, Nathan and Hazel Thornton, Nicolas Cortez, Austin Cortez and fiance' Kristen Bates, Tyler Brasseal and Skyler Brasseal, a great grandchild, Roman Thornton, 2 brothers, David Beasley (September) of Jasper, and Billy Beasley (Elizabeth) of Kansas, AL, a sister, Inez O'Shea of Carbon Hill, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
