Brenda J. Buzzard of Seth, WV went home to be with the Lord on March 26, 2017 at 4:25pm.
She was born March 13, 1947 to Noah and Myrtle Buzzard.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters: Bonnie Halstead, Crystal Boggs and Linda Austin; brothers: Noah Linville Buzzard, Rex Buzzard and Elbert Dean Buzzard.
She graduated from Sherman High School in 1964. She immediately started her nursing career. Brenda graduated from Garnet with her LPN License and worked as an LPN thereafter. She graduated from WV Tech with an RN Degree and started working as a nurse in 1981. She retired from CAMC in 1999 with 30 years of service.
After retiring she worked as a care giver. Brenda was an avid WVU, Marshall and Steelers fan. Brenda was a member of Sylvester Baptist Church that she loved very much.
Survivors are special niece and nephew, Beth Kirk (Dean), David Austin (Ethel), their children that she took on as grandma when her sister Linda past away, Brittany Bryant, Michael Kirk, David Austin III, Halie Austin, Piper Austin, Keira Austin, Aeryn Austin and Aidyn Bryant. They all called her Nanny. She is also survived by a sister, Janet Holstein; sisters-in-law: Alice Buzzard, Martha Buzzard and Juanita Buzzard and many special friends and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins that she loved.
