MR. McNEELY DIES
IN BUFFALO HOSPITAL
Charlotte, July 6 Relatives here
of S. H. McNeely, formerly of Union county, were on Wednesday notified of the death of Mr. McNeely in a hospital in Buffalo, N. Y. Funeral services will probably be held at Waxhaw, but the detailed announcement can¬not be made until plans are made.
Mr. McNeely, who was 45 years of age was born and reared in Union county, in the Waxhaw section. He had been living in Buffalo for about two years. About a week ago he was injured in an automobile accident. His brothers and sister were inform-ed that his hand was hurt and they did not think that it was a serious matter, but Tuesday night the hospital authorities called them and notified them that Mr. McNeely was dying.
Mr. McNeely was the son of the late Mr. and Mr. W. R McNeely, of Union county. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. M. H. Jones, of 1513 South Tryon Street Extension, this city, and eight brothers, as follows:
C. V. McNeely, P. B. McNeely, W. J. B. McNeely. R. E. McNeely. all of Waxhaw; M. P. McNeely, of Chicago;
G. R McNeely, who is in a hospital near Baltimore; C. D. McNeely, of Delta, Wash., and G. P. McNeely of this city. C. V. McNeely went to Buffalo to accompany the body back here. The deceased, who was unmarried, was a member of the Presbyterian church. He had many friends.
