Mrs. Beth Ford completed her earthly journey in her home in Kilgore surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Her family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Heart to Heart Hospice for their loving care and allowing Beth to be at home with her family during the final days of her journey.

Beth was born in Kilgore, on December 13, 1926, to William and Leina Whitaker. She graduated from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College where she was a Rangerette and was a Rangerette Forever. She was a bookkeeper for several businesses until she retired . Beth was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church in Kilgore. Her family was the source of her strength and being with them was the source of her joy. She always supported her husband and her family in all that they did and rejoiced in their accomplishments.

Beth is preceded in death by her parents, husband L.E. Ford, son Ken Ford, sister Lozaine Sherron, brothers Andrew Whitaker and Keith Whitaker.
