Ruth Maureen (Robison) McDonald was the second of five girls born to Abner and Ruth (Arnold) Robison, in Seminole, Oklahoma on March 20, 1933.

Preceding Maureen in her death were her husband, Dean, her parents, Abner and Ruth Robison, brothers-in-law Don Smith, Ralph Bizzell, Keith Schultz, and J.D. McDonald and his wife Lucille, and sister-in-law Vivian Stites and husband Melvin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, April 3, from Noon-8 p.m, and family will greet friends from 6-7:30 p.m. A Celebration of Ruth's life will be Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 10 a.m. at CrossPoint Church with Pastor Mike Buie officiating. A graveside service will follow the service Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Wetumka Cemetery.
