Manford B. Weaver, 89, of Harrisonburg, died at his home on Sunday, April 2, 2017 after a lengthy illness.
He was born on June 26, 1927, in Howesville WV., a son of the late Jessie and Elma Weaver.
Mr. Weaver was a public school administrator for 40 years, and was employed by Rockingham County Schools for 25 years.
He was preceded in death by one son, Danny J. Weaver, three brothers, and one sister.
Surviving are his wife, Vesta Mayfield Weaver; daughter, Sue A. Weaver and a sister, Loraine Weaver Wiles.
A memorial service will be conducted at Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg at 1 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017. Burial will be private at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
