Daughter of the late James Graham and Ida Pearl Clark Graham-Palmer; wife of Augustus Mullen-Ruffis, mother of five children, Eric, Tracy, James, Robert, Joneen and Crystal. Gloria was a resident of Trenton for most of her life. She was educated in the Trenton Public Schools and was a graduate of Trenton Centeral High School. She continued her eudcation at Mercer County Community College receiving an Associate Degree. Gloria's life was devoted to helping those in the community that needed help, whether it was financial, food, employment or just someone with whom they could talk.
