Sam M. Lombardo passed away February 3, 2007 on his 84th birthday. He is survived by his beloved wife Dolores & their four daughters Madeline (Robert) Hurst, Veronica, Denise & Mary Jo & his son James J. Lombardo. Sam is also survived by his nine grandchildren Michael, Brian, Tracey, Aimee, Christie, Sarah, David, Katie & Sam, six great-grandsons Jamie, Grant, Kyle, Ethan, Connor & Christopher & brother Edward Lombardo. Veteran of U.S. Navy WWII. Retired Supervisor Republic (LTV) Steel. Visitation Tuesday February 6, 2007 from 9:00 am until time of services at 10:30 am at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Elwood, IL. Please omit flowers. 773-731-2749.
