Billings, July 27 Leo Anderson,11 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Anderson, who reside 18 miles north of Pompeys bridge in the Castle Butte district, was instantly killed at 4:30 Friday afternoon at First avenue south and Thirty-first street when the rear wheel of a three-ton gravel truck, owned by Walter W. Givens and driven by Ernest A. Truesdell of 205 South Thirty-fifth street, passed over his head. The boy was riding a bicycle and according to
eyewitnesses, apparently did not see the truck until it was too late.
People standing at the corner said that they heard the boy scream as the mudguard of the truck threw him from his wheel and tossed him under the truck.
