She is survived by her father Ryan M. Jebb, 2 sisters: Kaydence Cater and Josalynn Ballard, a brother Ronnie Cater, grandparents: Terry Jebb, Jim and Barb Watson, a special cousin Emma Dushan.
She was preceded in death by her mother Emily Watson and her grandfather Delmar Jebb.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul G. Kruse will officiate. Burial will be at Floral Gardens Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the wishes of the family. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m.
