Emma Wilson was born July 18, 1929 in Kay County, Oklahoma to Clarence and Ruth (Mose) Karnes.

Emma worked for Ideal Foods and was a caregiver for the elderly for several years; she liked to cook; but it was her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren that brought her the most enjoyment in life.

Emma passed away on Saturday April 8, 2017 in Perryton; a son Jeffry Robert Wilson, grandchild Braden Flaming, her parents and brothers George, Carrell, Buddy and Jimmy Karnes precede her in death.

Emma is survived by son James Roy Wilson of Perryton; daughter Ruth Flaming of Perryton; and daughter Cora Belle Sanders also of Perryton; three grandchildren Chris Flaming; Amy Stewart, and Audra Cruz; nine great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren; a brother Lonnie Karnes of Amarillo, Texas; and a sister Sina Wilson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Graveside funeral services will be held at the Harmon Cemetery in Arnett, Oklahoma on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 3:00pm with Pastor Bert Cutsinger officiating; services are under the direction of Good Samaritan Funeral Service Booker, Texas.
