Rhoda M. Reagan, 80, died Tuesday in Heritage House Convalescent Center following a long illness.
She was born in Cabel, Ky., had been a resident of New Castle for many years and was a longtime member of Foursquare Gospel Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Eula Witham and Betty Lee; a son, William (Junior) Reagan; and two sisters, Mary Neal and Wilma Richmond.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1986; a son, Jesse F. Reagan in 1980; and two sisters and two brothers.
