He was a devoted husband and father. He also leaves behind a brother, Andrew Skrycki, and was preceded in death by his sister Irene (Burger).
He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1951 – 53 as a Corporal in the Ft Gordon MP program.
His career began at the Ford Motor Company Apprentice School and later employment at McCord Gasket Corporation where he retired in 1990 as the Chief Product and Process Engineer, after 44 years of service.
