She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Andrew Crouch who died July 31, 1941 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jessie Crouch moved from Guthrie, in Lawrence County, to Indianapolis 30 years ago. She is survived by three brothers, Cletus Maddox of Guthrie, Zan Maddox of Bloomington, and Walter Maddox of Needham.
Services will be Monday, November 15, at the W.D. Beanblossom Mortuary, 1321 West Ray Street. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
