Neva S. Littlepage, 79, of Carlinville died at 8:45 SUnday morning at the homeof her daughter in Bloomington.
She was born November 26, 1903, in Rock Fallos,Illinois, the daughter of HArold and Mary
(Lehman) Schick. Graduating from EUreka College in 1925,she taught for several years at several different locations. On June 7, 1925, she married Hamilton Sterling Littlepagein Eureka, Illinois. They mofed to Carlinville in 1944 where her husband was superintendent of Carlinville schools.
She served on the Carlinville Hospital Board, was past presidednt of the Carlinville Women's Club, past president of P.E.O.,a member of the Ruth Circle of the UYnited Methodist Church and was also a member of the church.
Visitation was held from 4 unti 7 o'clock Tuesday evening at the Heinz Funeral Home,Carlinville. Funeral services were held at 10:30 yesterday (Wednesday) morning at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. John Curtis, Jr. officiating. Dr. Roger Hatlestad served as organist.
Burial was in the Mayfield Memorial PArk Cemetery, Carlinville. Serving as pallbearers were grandsons Greg Rudnicki and Thomas Littlepage. Also John Schien, Charles Ashworth, George Reid and Wilbur Johnston.
Surviving are her husband, H.S. Littlepage; one son, Hamilton Sterling Littlepage Jr, of Kirkwood, Missouri; a daughter, Mr. R.P. (Mary Sue) Rudnicki of Bloomington; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the ARthritis Foundation of the United Methodist Church.
