Frank L Clutz died September 21, 1962 died in Phoenix, Arizona, from injuries suffered in a traffic accident at the age of 25. He was born November 16, 1936 in Ramsey County, Minnesota a son of Reverend Frank Hiatt Clutz and Dagmar Marie Henningsen.

Frank came to Phoenix in 1944 from his native Minnesota with his family. His father, Dr. Frank H Clutz, was the pastor of the Faith Lutheran Church in Phoenix.

He married the former Madeline L Eich in Maricopa Arizona February 3, 1958. They had a daughter, Sharon Lynn. Frank was survived by two brothers, John of Salem, Oregon, and Ronald of, Oakland, California.

Frank was a graduate of North Hills High School and Phoenix College. He was employer at Salt Water Project as a Power Scheduler.
