Andrew “Corky” Bohanon, age 82, of Grand Rivers, KY passed away Thursday, April 20, at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare in Salem, KY. He was a member of Grand Rivers United Methodist Church, a retired overhead crane operator with CCMA, and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include one son, Andy Bohanon, Grand Rivers, KY; one daughter, Lisa Belt & husband, Jim, Burna, KY; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Helm Bohanon, his parents, Edward and Oneida Stafford Bohanon, one sister, Estella “Sissy” Spiva and one brother, Rev. Gainey Bohanon.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, April 21, at Lakeland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Eddyville and from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 22, at Grand Rivers United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be a 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 22, at Grand Rivers United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Brian Small officiating. Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers, KY.
