BRISTOL -- Andrew Jackson Bowen, 91, died July 29 at Pierce County Nursing Home.
The lifelong resident of Blackshear was a retired farmer and a member of Bristol Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and the widower of Colleen Winn Bowen.
SURVIVORS: two daughters and a son-in-law, Werdna Ann Ezell of Mansfield and Wanda Lee Crosby and Charles Crosby of Bristol; five grandchildren, Valerie King, Andy Ezell, Amy Crosby, Holly Crosby and Stephanie Ezell; and other relatives.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11 a.m. today in Bristol Cemetery.
