SALTVILLE, Va. Reva Ann DeBord Moore, age 60, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017, at Abingdon Health and Rehab in Abingdon, Va. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Jo Ella DeBord. Reva is survived by her husband, Marcus Moore; daughter, Jackie Plumbar and husband, Josh; granddaughters, Bella Carter and Lola Plumbar; brother, Robert DeBord; sister, Linda Osborne and husband, Willis; mother-in-law, Mattie Haga; sisters-in-law, Vickie and Randy Oakes, Teresa and Gary Anderson and Marsha Fowler, Becky and Roger Bowman; stepmother-in-law, Peggy Moore; special cousin, Kathy Brown; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2017, at the Elizabeth Cemetery with the Rev. Willis Osborne officiating.
