Leona Mae Brush, 57, of Mt. Morris formerly of Bay Port, died Friday April 21, 2017. She was born August 21, 1959 in Lapeer to parents Arnold and Harriet (Montgomery) Morris.
Leona was a hard worker her whole life. She did enjoy the outdoors; fishing, camping, gardening and motorcycle riding. Mrs. Brush was an avid reader and really loved spending time with her dogs. She will be missed.
Mrs. Brush is survived by her husband: Dan L. Brush of Bay Port, daughter: Brandy (Sean) Moeller of Grand Rapids, siblings: Arnold (Sandy) Morris, Jr.; Cheryl Morris and Robert Terry, Jr. Leona was preceded in death by her daughter: Danielle Brush, sisters: Robin Hanna; Tracy Smith, father: Arnold Morris, Sr. and mother: Harriet Terry.
Leona's family will receive friends for a celebration of life gathering from 4:00-7:00pm Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. Cremation has been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home.
