Harry is the son of William A. Falk & Margaret Hyde. He was born in Lambton County, Ontario in 1902. In November 1922 he married Alice Lemke in Detroit. He is the father of two sons. Harry worked as a receiving clerk for the Long Man Company in Roseville.

He died in May 1968 and is buried in Cadillac Memorial Gardens - East in Macomb County. He is buried next to his wife Alice.
