NELLIE MARGARET CLINESS, 100, of Huntington passed away Monday, Feb. 3, 2003, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, at White Chapel Christus Chapel, Barboursville. Entombment will follow in White Chapel Christus Mausoleum, Barboursville. She was born Sept. 16, 1902, in Smithers, W.Va., daughter of the late William Henry and Margaret Vaught Cooper. She also was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. "Beanie" Cliness. Mrs. Cliness was a retired executive secretary for the C&O Railway and a member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, David Cliness of Poland, Ohio; a daughter, Beverly Mosley of Nashville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and dear friends J. Larry and Sheila Crawford of Milton, W.Va. There will be no visitation. Klingel Carpenter Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements.
