Beatrice Margarett Rinehart Kelley, 78, died Jan. 1, 1996, at her residence. A native of Cedarville, Calif., she was born Dec. 12, 1917, to Marion Walter and Lavinia Hardy Rinehart, and had lived in Reno for the past 43 years, coming from Alturas, Calif. Mrs. Kelley was a retired cashier at Harold's Club, Reno. Her husband, Dexter, died in 1985, sisters, Evelyn Bratton, in 1969 and Mary Rinehart, in 1925. Surviving are sons, James of Reno, and Jeff of Cedarville; daughter, Mary Ann Prock and sister, Kay Bishop, both of Alturas; sisters, Betty Murrah of Denio, Nev., Kathryn Johnson of Lakeview, Ore., and Maudie Ward of Carson City; 23 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. No funeral is scheduled. Cremation will be at Masonic Memorial Gardens, with private interment, under the direction of Telophase Cremation society and Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary, Sparks.
