LARA, SR., WILLIAM N. Age 85, of Redlands, CA., formerly of Chicago, Ill for 20 years and Banning for 5 years, passed away on 12/22/2006. William was born 11/05/1921 in Laredo, Texas. He worked at the Norton Air Force Base/Lockheed and served in the Air Force earning the rank of Tec-5. He was a member of St. Marys, Redlands, CA. William is survived by his 2 daughters, Bertha Cancino, San Bernardino, Ca., Linda M. Lara, Redlands, CA; 2 sons, William Lara Jr. and partner, Michael A. Fuentes, Loma Linda, CA., Freddie Lara, San Bernardino, CA; brother, Jose N. Lara, Chicago, Ill; 9 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Mr. Lara was preceded in death by his wife, Irene C. Lara, son, Alex Sr. of Banning; parents, Alejo and Cipriana N. Lara. A special thanks to Linda, Maria and Sherrie Lara and Bertha for caring for our father and grandfather. Visitation 01/04, 4-8pm with 7pm Rosary at Blessed Kateri; Mass 01/05, 10am, all at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha with burial to follow at 11am at San Gorgonio Memorial Park. Banning (951)849-4527
