Rocky was a member at the First United Methodist Church in Naples. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and a Texas Air National Guard Veteran.
Rocky and his wife Sharon spent their working years in the Dallas area. He was an area manager for the Texas Employment Commission. In his free time, Rocky enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys.
Upon retirement, they moved back to Naples and became very active in the community. Rocky enjoyed riding his tractor and tending to his animals. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his son.
Rocky was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Moore in 2015; his parents; and one sister, Polly Moore.
