Donald Vaiden Eyre, 56 of Dayton, passed away, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his home. He was born September 12, 1960 in Fayette County, Ohio, the son of Joseph Eugene and Beverly June (Long) Eyre. He worked in construction.
He is survived by his brother Edward E. (Nicola) Eyre of Hillsboro, niece Allison Vickers, of Hillsboro, nephew Brad (Jodell) Miracle of Greenfield, his fiancée Chastity Spears and her daughters Michaela and Sarah of Dayton .Nieces: Dr. Erika (Anthony) Grafsky Of Blacksburg, Virginia, Madison Miracle of Greenfield, nephews: Aidan, Asher and Ethan Grafsky of Blacksburg, Virginia, Blaine Vickers of Hillsboro and Vaiden Miracle of Greenfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Eugene Eyre and Beverly (Eyre) Dodds, a sister, Susan Eyre Miracle, grandparents, Vaiden (Daisy) Long, Edward (Mildred) Eyre and two nieces Brittany and Adrienne Eyre.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton beginning at 6 p.m. A memorial service follows at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution should be given to the donors’ charity of choice.
