She was born in Auburn on March 3, 1945 the daughter of the late Walter and Blanch Zamora Kuter and had been a life resident. Sue was a beautician and hairdresser for more than 25 years. She also volunteered at St. Hyacinth's Church, where she was very active in making pierogies, working their picnics and various other events throughout the year.
Sue loved the times spent with her family. Whether it be cooking, baking or attending one of her children's sporting events or grandchildren's dance recitals, Sue was there. These were some of the most cherished and important times of her life. If she was able to find any alone time, she could be found crocheting something beautiful for her family and friends. She will be sadly missed and truly never forgotten by all who were fortunate enough to get to know this "special" woman.
She is survived by her loving sons, Kevin Dann, Steven (Meghan) Dann, sister Patricia "Patty" (James) Paul, all of Auburn; three grandchildren, Sarah, Ellie and Ryan Dann; sister-in-law, Linda Cooper, of Cayuga; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sue was predeceased by her husband, Edward in 2000, twin daughters, Wendy and Trisha, son Michael Dann and a brother, Robert J. Kuter.
Friends and relatives are invited to join the family this Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Hyacinth's Church for Susan's Mass of Christian burial. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St., Auburn.
