Jim was a proud American and served in the Navy for 4 years. He was a patriotic man and supported the veterans of our country.
After serving his time in the military, Jim returned to Fillmore to work with his family at Berrington Ranch.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, George and Maggie Berrignton, Brothers, Bruce, Bert, George Jr. and sister Maybelle Fischer.
Jim enjoyed being a dad and loved coaching baseball. He also loved his dogs. He took many trips during retirement with his wife, Mary Ann and dog Beethoven.
We thank Community Memorial Hospital for taking great care of Jim. We especially thank Dr. Maryniuk MD and Janine Coronado, MSW. We will celebrate Jims Life on Thursday May 4th at 9:30am at St Francis of Assisi Church in Fillmore. Father Jim Stehly will officiate. Burial will be at Bardsdale Cemetery.
