Christine Wilson Apperson, died February 5, 2007, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.
Mrs. Apperson was born December 3, 1915, in Etna, Illinois, the daughter of Font Logan and Zola B. Storm Wilson and stepdaughter of Eva Lena Hammond Wilson. She married Arthur L. Apperson on October 5, 1937, in Davenport, Iowa, and he died on November 30, 1982.
Survivors include two sons, Rex (Vicky) Apperson and Lee (Nancy) Apperson, two brothers, Dale Wilson and Delbert Wilson, three sisters, Vivian Harmon, Bev Kammerer and Betty Rector, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Mrs. Apperson was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Urbana, the VFW Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling.
