STRUNKS, Bruce David
Age 55 of Greenville, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on Nov. 13, 1961 to his father, Ray Strunks, who survives him; and his mother, Shirley A. (Koeller) Strunks, who precedes him in death, along with his brother, Dan; and sister, Brenda.

Bruce is also survived by his daughter, Madison (Preston) Cook; Jay Kuhlman; brothers, Dale (Cheryl) Strunks, and Charles (Angie) Strunks; sisters, Carmen (Jim) Watt, and Beverly (Michael) Norton; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

From his earliest days in school Bruce was always hard working and diligent. He spent many years as a talented RN caring for a multitude of patients in Ohio and California. Two highlights of his life include the birth of his daughter and giving her hand away in marriage. Bruce adored his mother and made it a point to return from California to be with her as she progressed with Alzheimer’s. His final resting place will be along her side.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 PM with funeral to follow at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 12, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Pastor Matthew O’Shell officiating. Interment will take place at Trissel Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed online at: www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
